Holiday Return Policy:
**All customers who place orders between Nov. 26-Dec. 25 have 14 days from Christmas (Dec. 25) to call 1.888.514.SHOP(7467) requesting a Return Number(RN) to RETURN MERCHANDISE, EXCHANGE MERCHANDISE or RECEIVE STORE CREDIT. Upon receiving the Return Number, customers have 10 days to send back merchandise. Shipping and handling will not be refunded.**

**There are no returns or exchanges on fine jewelry($100+), intimate sets, custom-made items or ON SALE items.**
**All Pre-orders will be charged upon placing the order to insure the customers placement in line.**
**There are no returns on international orders. All international sales are final!**
All of our items have been carefully inspected prior to shipping.
Items which have been opened, have signs of wear or without original tags will not be accepted. Please return items in its original packaging if possible.
Please note: Exchanges are subject to our usual $7.50 shipping charge.
TO RETURN MERCHANDISE:
Please contact our customer service department to receive a Return Number(RN). Return Numbers(RN) expire 10 days after being issued. Please print clearly your name, address and Return Number(RN) on the outside of the package in the return area and mail to:

For your security, please return your merchandise with an insured courier and retain your receipt since Think Her! is not responsible for items damaged or lost while shipping.
All returns, exchanges and store credit will be made after we inspect and verify the condition of the item(s).
