All customers have 14 days from the day they receive their order to email Info@ThinkHer.com or call 1.888.514.SHOP(7467) requesting a Return Number(RN) to RETURN MERCHANDISE, EXCHANGE MERCHANDISE or RECEIVE STORE CREDIT. Upon receiving the Return Number, customers have 10 days to send back merchandise. Shipping and handling will not be refunded.**ON SALE items are non returnable.
There are NO returns or exchanges on Holiday/Christmas Pajamas, Holiday/Christmas Wine Glasses, fine jewelry($100+), custom-made/ordered items or ON SALE items.
All Pre-orders will be charged upon placing the order to insure the customers placement in line.

For your security, please return your merchandise with an insured courier and retain your receipt since Think Her! is not responsible for items damaged or lost while shipping.
All returns, exchanges and store credit will be made after we inspect and verify the condition of the item(s).
All of our items have been carefully inspected prior to shipping. Items which have been opened, have signs of wear or without original tags will not be accepted. Please return items in its original packaging if possible.
